Nobody talks much about Communism these days. To most people, radical Islam is a lot more scary, thanks to September 11, 2001. But finding a snake in your living room doesn’t make the one in your closet any less dangerous. Millions of people in the world today still live under the iron fist of communism, and they are every bit as oppressed as the women of Afghanistan under Taliban rule. It’s a different kind of oppression but totalitarianism of any kind kills the spirit and stifles happiness.
Anyone who has lived through it, or studies history and pays attention, can readily see that the communist threat, though not immediately life-threatening, has not gone away. Most people in America today are living under a mild form of communism and don’t even know it; it’s called Political Correctness, or “PC”. Everybody hates it, no one can explain how it got such a grip on the nation…and nobody seems to be aware of what it really is.
That’s the danger of international communism. It’s insidious. It creeps in, unnoticed, and surrounds you like a fog, shaping your thoughts and opinions, playing on your emotions, eroding your common sense, and you go along with it because at some shallow level it seems to make sense. Before you know it you are subject to laws and legal penalties that are completely unreasonable, and you’re at a loss to explain how things got to be this way.
That’s modern communism in action. The United States can’t be easily defeated by direct attack, but is totally vulnerable to internal destruction, and even before World War II forces were at work in this country aimed at undermining American pride, American patriotism, and American freedom. Today you and I live in a nation radically weakened by a century of subversion.

You think the “hippie era” was a positive American experience.
You use the word “bourgeoisie” more than once a year.
You think nobody should make a million dollars a year (except government officials).
You think the government is responsible for taking care of you.
You think corporations don’t “pay their fair share”.
You hate capitalism.
You can’t define capitalism, but still hate it.
You think America should adopt socialism .
You think the United States is the cause of all the world’s problems.
You think Israel is the cause of all problems in the Middle East.
You think communism is a good idea that hasn’t been tried by the “right people”.
You think political correctness is the right way to live.
You protest public displays of Christmas but defend Sharia Law.
You protest prayer in school but demand that Muslims be allowed to pray in the airport.
You protest the Pledge of Allegiance in school.
You are worried that the American flag will offend someone.
You’re okay with burning the American flag.
Barack Obama is too right-wing for your taste.
You think airport screening is done fairly.
You’re ashamed of being white (assuming you are).
You feel guilty for what your ancestors did five hundred years before you were born.
You think it’s okay to kill people to save the environment.
You really believe that fireplace smoke harms the environment more than a volcano.
You think everyone on death row is a “political prisoner”.
You defend communism by suggesting that Jesus was the first communist.
You think Hitler was worse than Stalin.
You refer to everyone who disagrees with you as “fascist”.
You think the CIA should be disbanded.
You think the TV news media isn’t biased.
You hate Fox News but think Keith Olbermann is fair and balanced.
You think only white people are racist.
You call for more gun control every time there is a school shooting.
You think all politicians are liars, but believe everything the Democrats say.
You vote according to Jon Stewart and Steven Colbert.
You think MoveOn.org is a reliable source of political information.
You think Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson want to “solve” the “race problem”.
You think Jesse Jackson is a real minister.
You think “liberals” are open-minded.
You think San Francisco is too right-wing.
You think the national media is ruled by Republicans.
You think Phil Donahue is sane.
You hate America but get mad when someone says “love it or leave it”.
You are against people owning guns but think all countries should have nukes.
You think America is a bully.
You’re angry that we invaded Iraq and angry that we haven’t invaded Darfur.
You think immigration laws are racist.
You think it’s okay to cut off water to a million acres of farmland to save a fish.
You think people in the heartland are too ignorant to have a valid opinion.
You think people without college degrees are too stupid to vote.
You think Jane Fonda is a patriot.
You think conservatives are a threat to democracy.
You claim to be “woke”.
You can’t define a woman (even if you are a feminist).
You think Joe Biden is a smart guy.
You will vote for Gavin Newsom because “he’s pretty to look at”.
You think police kill black people for sport.
You favor defunding the police.
You think Antifa and Black Lives Matter are public-spirited organizations.
You’re okay with men invading women’s toilets and locker rooms.
You’re okay with cutting the dicks off little boys and the boobs off little girls.
You hate Trump for grabbing women by the crotch, but Biden sniffing little girls is okay.
You believe America suffers from systemic racism.
You think white supremacy is the greatest threat facing America.
You blame high gas prices on the oil companies.
You watch The View and think these are some really smart ladies.
